Tiger Paw Student Handbook

WAIVER OF DUE PROCESS HEARING

If a student admits guilt of an offense that warrants disciplinary action by the University Student Life Committee and wishes to do so, he/she may waive the right to a hearing and accept the sanction of the Office of Student Affairs. Once the student selects to waive his/her right to a due process hearing and the Vice President for Student Affairs has made a decision regarding the student’s case, the student must accept that decision and may not appeal the decision to the President of the University.
