Tiger Paw Student Handbook

INTERNET SERVICES

All students are provided with technology accounts referred to as TigerNet accounts.  These include Blackboard Learning System, Microsoft Exchange Outlook web email, access to online library resources, and access to the campus computer print system. Enrollment is checked each fall and spring term and TigerNet accounts are removed for those not enrolled.

The Information Systems department maintains a campus wide wireless network to provide users with access to Internet resources.

All students should visit the Information Systems office to request their TigerNet account and sign the appropriate form. If you are unable to access the Office of Information Systems during regular business hours, please call the Help Desk at (205) 652-3562 and ask for your account information to be sent to you via U.S. Mail. This information can only be sent to one of the addresses already on file in the UWA Registrar's Office.

More detailed information on computer services can be found at the Information Systems web site: http://infosys.uwa.edu
