UNIVERSITY BOOKSTORE
One of the first places you will need to visit is the
University Bookstore located on the upper level of the Student Union Building.
You will find textbooks, stationery supplies and convenience items such as soap
and aspirin. They also carry plenty of UWA memorabilia and a complete line of
greeting cards for those birthdays you remember at the last minute. The hours of
operation are posted in the Student Union Building.
For identification and security purposes, you should write
your name and local address in all your textbooks in several places - for
example, on the inside cover and every 100 pages. Lost texts may be recovered in
the Lost and Found Department of the University Police. If not, the title of the
book with identifying information should be reported immediately to the
bookstore. All texts found by someone other than their owner should be turned
into the Lost and Found Department.
