MEASLES VACCINATION PROGRAM

The University of West Alabama follows the guidelines set forth by the Alabama State Health Department in its efforts to prevent a possible outbreak of measles on our campus. Consequently, all students are expected to have appropriate measles vaccinations. Incoming students are expected to file verification of appropriate treatment and enrolled students are offered the opportunity to attend the clinics sponsored on the campus by the University or to visit the local health departments in order to secure appropriate vaccinations. Questions regarding the measles vaccination program should be directed to Mr. Danny Buckalew, Vice President for Student Affairs, Webb Hall, Room 323, or call 652-3581.
